1- IDs, or  passports, Work Permit, PRC cards, or Driver's lic. for all applicants

2- Job letter, proof of payment, (pay staff, bank statement, tax assessment, T4s), or business registration if you are self-employed 

3- Credit report from  EQUIFAX Ger you Equifax free

4- Rental application,  fill with 2 references info. rental application

5- Landlord's reference letter 

NOTE: When filling out the application please fill out from applicant #1

Other options for rent:

•  Have a guarantor that has credit and job proof

• Offer 4-6 months' rent in advance.

Once the offer is accepted:

• First and last month's rent in a certified check within 24 hrs of acceptance.

• 10 postdated checks, if you don't have checks order them, It takes take 5-10 days 

• Transfer the utilities to your name (if it is NOT all included)  hydro, /Enbridge & water and send the proof all by email

• Get content insurance for your unit. You can call your car insurance

Esta aplicación te servirá para cualquier propiedad casa, condominio, etc.
 

1- Identificaciones (pasaporte,o tarjeta de residencia permanente, o licencia de manejo)

2- Carta de trabajo (desde cuando trabajas, sueldo al mes, posición y número de tel para confinar tu trabajo y nombre del encargado) 

3- Un Comprobante de pago (cheque, pay staff, estado de cuenta, tax assessments, T4.), si tienes tu propio negocio el registró del tu negocio y los taxes del año pasado,

4- Reporte de credito todas las páginas de EQUIFAX Si no tienes historial de crédito puedes hacerlo con un aval o ofrecer de  4 a 6 meses de renta adelantada como garantía

5- La aplicación de renta llenada con las personas que van a vivir contigo, firmada, con la información de 2 referencias, incluir una carta de referencia del lanlord como referencia.

 NOTA: al llenar la aplicacion favor de llenar apartir del aplicante #1 en adelante.

Una vez aceptada la oferta:

Tiene 24 hr para entregar Primero y último mes de renta en un cheque certificado o money order.

• 10 cheques posfechados de tu cuenta de banco..

• Transferir las utilidades a tu nombre (si NO esta todo incluido) agua, luz, gas.

• Adquirir  un seguro de contenido, puedes llamar a tu segurode auto.

• El dueño de casa querrá conocerte en persona.
